· ** Registration - To encourage pre-registration, there will be a $5 late fee for race-day registration, except for juniors. Please pre-register at Online registration closes Friday, November 21, 2003 at midnight. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by November 17, 2003 and include a completed USA Cycling entry & release form (http://www.usacycling.org/membership/forms/2003_rider_release.pdf) and full payment. Make checks payable to “U.S. Coppi.” Mail to Kimberley Meyer/2701 Arlington Blvd #102/Arlington, VA 22201. Junior riders MUST have a parent- or legal guardian-signed waiver! Race Day registration closes 30 minutes prior to event - no exceptions.

· USAC Licences –You must have a USA Cycling license (USCF or NORBA) to race. One-day licenses will be available at registration. Non-licensed riders MUST obtain a one-day license and may ONLY race non-A races.

· Directions: About five miles from the Potomac River Bridge where 301 crosses from MD to VA, 1.5 miles past Caledon Natural Area.

From Capitol Beltway and North:
From 495 take exit for Rt 210 South (Indian Head Highway). Left on Rt 228 towards Waldorf, to Rt. 301. Right on 301 south. Cross Potomac River Bridge into VA ($3.00 toll). Turn right at light onto Rt 206/218, and follow signs toward Caledon Natural Area. In about two miles, turn right to remain on 218 (Caledon Road). Farm will be on the left, shortly after passing entrance to Caledon Natural Area.
Alternative Route for DC Area South of Mixing Bowl:
95 South to Exit 133A (Rt 17 towards Falmouth), just before Fredericksburg. Rt 17 will become Rt 212 (Butler Road). Rt 212 will become Rt 218. Take Rt 218 towards Caledon Natural Area for about 17 miles. Farm will be on right. If you pass the entrance to Caledon Natural Area you’ve gone too far.
From Richmond and the South:
95 North to Rt 207 towards Bowling Green; to Rt 301 North; to Rt 3. Left (east) on Rt 3. In about 2 miles, turn right onto Rt 610. After about 4 miles, turn right on 218 (Caledon Road). Farm will be on right. If you pass the entrance to Caledon Natural Area you’ve gone too far.
